We handle worldwide logistics from A to Z, and we expect the same from our financial department. From incoming invoices to outgoing payments, and from tight overviews to watertight control. Do you, as a financial employee, keep the numbers behind our global journeys perfectly on track?
What will you do?
In an organization where everything moves fast, you ensure peace and overview in the numbers.
Invoices, payments, changes, and reports continually flow. You ensure that everything is processed correctly, completely, and on time. Whether you're just starting or already bringing experience, you have the space to take responsibility and further develop yourself.
Your daily tasks include:
Processing and checking of purchase and sales invoices
Carrying out bank bookings and cash administration
Supporting debtor and creditor management
Preparing payments and monitoring outstanding items
Assisting with monthly and annual closings
Identifying deviations and thinking about process improvements
Supporting audits and internal controls
Working with Visma Net Financial for financial administration

MBO working and thinking level in a financial or administrative direction
Works accurately and has an eye for detail
Self-reliant but also works well with others
Keeps an overview and works in a structured manner
Is eager to learn and wants to develop
Both starters and experienced candidates are welcome
Experience with Visma Net Financials is a plus, or you quickly adapt
