HR officer

As an HR Officer at VDH Company, you ensure that HR keeps running.

Behind the scenes, but crucial to the whole.
You ensure that processes are accurate, files are in order, and nothing is left undone.

You work for multiple business units: Customs, Transport, Fresh Logistics, Dedicated Fresh Logistics, Dry Logistics, and Packing. Six different worlds, each with their own dynamics.
It's in this diversity that you maintain an overview and bring structure.

You interact daily with HR Advisors and ensure that they can continue because you organize the foundation tightly.

Your daily activities include, but are not limited to: 

• Drafting contracts and processing them correctly and on time

• Handling and checking changes in systems

• Supporting with on-boarding and off-boarding

• Maintaining complete and up-to-date personnel files

• Checking salary changes and coordinating where necessary

• Handling HR-related matters like work attire

• Monitoring deadlines and maintaining overview

• Supporting the HR team in daily operations

• Managing the HR mailbox and ensuring questions are quickly and properly addressed

• Processing and overseeing files related to absenteeism, UWV, and retirement
