Assistant Dispatcher

As an Assistant Dispatcher, you support the coordination of the entire logistical process. You communicate daily with colleagues from other departments, such as customs and transport, and maintain contact with the client. Your tasks:

• Support in planning pre- and post-transport of containers;

• Arrange materials, personnel deployment, and customs formalities;

• Coordinate with internal departments for a smooth process;

• Ensure that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes;

• Communicative and problem-solving mindset.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive dispatcher who recognizes themselves in the following points:

• You are working towards or have an MBO-4 education in logistics, customs, or similar;

• Good command of the Dutch language;

• You are proactive, precise, and can work well both independently and in a team;

• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
